Returns & Refunds Policy

At NEPZ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item is unused and in its original condition

  • the item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

  • proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they are defective or faulty on arrival.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos or videos to assess the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, NEPZ will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.
