We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel orders where necessary.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, out of stock, misuse, risk of fraud).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times depend on your location and the courier.
Once an order is shipped, delays caused by couriers are outside our control — but we will always assist where possible.

4. Returns & Warranty

We follow a fair and reasonable returns process.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

All NEPZ products come with a warranty as specified on the product page.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.

We use trusted third-party payment providers. Your payment information is securely processed and never stored on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, NEPZ is not responsible for:

• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• loss resulting from misuse of products

• delays caused by third-party couriers or service providers
