3. How to Log a Warranty Claim

4. Quick, Hassle-Free Resolution
Once your claim is approved:

We will arrange courier collection of the faulty item

A replacement will be sent to you as soon as the original product is received and inspected
If the courier process is not needed (based on the product and issue), we may approve an instant replacement.
